NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER, WIN OR CLAIM A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. SPONSOR
The Muscle Milk Heavy Hitters Challenge (the “Promotion”) is sponsored Gatorade Company, 433 W Van Buren Street, Chicago, IL 60607 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States, ages 13 and older, at time of entry. All participants MUST sign a Waiver Form and any minor under 18 may participate with parent or legal guardian consent and signature on the required Waiver Form. Officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, from 2:00 PM ET to 6:00 PM ET at Atlantic Station in Atlanta, Georgia (the “Event Site”).
4. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible individuals may enter by:
– Signing the official Muscle Milk Heavy Hitters Challenge Waiver Form onsite at the Event Site.
– Participating in the challenge by swinging a Muscle Milk–branded 18 lb bat at a foam baseball.
Participants will receive two (2) swing attempts. A radar gun will measure the speed of the ball after contact. The Sponsors radar gun will be the Official radar gun for promotion.
5. PARTICIPATION & WINNING CRITERIA
– Participants who hit a ball at a speed exceeding TBD MPH will qualify as a “Heavy Hitter.”
– Among all Heavy Hitters, the participant who records the highest ball speed will be deemed the Grand Prize winner.
– In the event of a tie for highest ball speed, the Grand Prize winner will be selected via random drawing from the tied participants.
6. PRIZES
- Grand Prize: One (1) consisting of one (1) autographed baseball signed by Julio Rodriguez. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250.
- Participation Gift: Each eligible participant will receive one (1) Muscle Milk Pro protein shake (Chocolate or Vanilla Crème). ARV: $3.50.
Limit one (1) entry and one (1) gift per person. No cash substitutions. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Participation constitutes agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or fairness of the Promotion.
8. PUBLICITY
By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and photographs or video footage taken at the Event Site for promotional purposes by Sponsor and its agencies, without additional compensation or notification, unless prohibited by law.
9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional agencies, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or use of any prize.
