NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER, WIN OR CLAIM A PRIZE. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. INTERNET ACCESS REQUIRED. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY IF USING A MOBILE DEVICE TO PARTICIPATE. MULTIPLE ENTRY DEADLINES APPLY.

1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR: The Gatorade iD Summer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The Gatorade Company, 433 W Van Buren St., Chicago, IL 60607 (“Sponsor”) and is administered by Motive Group, Inc., 2901 Blake Street, Suite 180, Denver, CO 80205. (“Administrator”).

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on April 21, 2024, at 12:00:00 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends on August 11, 2024, at 11:59:59 P.M. EDT (“Sweepstakes Period”). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” begins at 12:00 A.M. EDT and ends at 11:59 P.M. EDT during the Sweepstakes Period, with the first “day” of the Sweepstakes Period beginning at 12:00:00 P.M. EDT and ending at 11:59:59 P.M. EDT on April 21, 2024.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry and who are Gatorade iD members in good standing at the time of entry and at the time prizes are awarded. Officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Sweepstakes terms and conditions (these, “Official Rules”), the Gatorade iD Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions, and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, an entrant’s residential address and e-mail address will be the physical address and e-mail address provided with their Gatorade iD account that is used for participating in the Sweepstakes or otherwise provided upon entry into the Sweepstakes. Entrants will not be allowed to change their e-mail address. Entrants must have valid residential mailing address within the 50 United States or D.C. at time of entry and prize fulfillment or entrant will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Requests for mailing address changes after entries have been submitted, may be made at https://contact.pepsico.com/gatorade.

4. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter as more particularly set forth below in Sections 4.a. and 4.b.

a. Entry with Purchase: Make a “Sweepstakes-Eligible Purchase” defined as a purchase of any Gatorade, Propel, Fast Twitch, Evolve, Muscle Milk product at any authorized retailer of Gatorade located in the 50 United States or Washington D.C. and obtain a printed receipt for your purchase between 12:00:00 P.M. EDT on April 21, 2024 and 11:59:59 P.M. EDT on August 11, 2024 (the “Purchase Period”). PURCHASES MADE VIA GATORADE.COM DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Receipts must contain store name, item name or SKU, item total, quantity, purchase total, date and time of purchase. After completing the Sweepstakes-Eligible Purchase during the Purchase Period, visit www.gatorade.com/rewards (the “Site”) between April 21, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. EDT and August 12, 2024, at 11:59:59 P.M. EDT (the “Receipt Scanning Period”), and follow the on-screen instructions to scan your receipt. If you do not already have a Gatorade iD account, you will be instructed to create one first and if you have already created an account, you will be instructed to log into your Gatorade iD account. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, illegible, incomplete, or mutilated receipts or receipts that are submitted before or after the required dates and times set forth in these Official Rules. All such receipts as well as receipts that are not dated during the Purchase Period are not eligible for the Sweepstakes.

Each entrant must be an eligible participant in the Gatorade iD Loyalty Program and must have read and accepted these Official Rules during registration to be able to participate in the Sweepstakes. See Gatorade iD Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions at www.gatorade.com/rewards for details on how to create an account, participate in the Sweepstakes and find Sweepstakes-Eligible Purchases. It may take up to fourteen (14) days for receipts to be verified. Entries will be entered into the corresponding First Prize Entry Period and the Grand Prize Entry Period (each defined below) based upon the date of purchase set forth on the receipt. See Section 5 for each First Prize Entry Period and each Grand Prize Entry Period start and end dates and times.

b. Entry without Purchase: To enter without making a purchase, hand-write your complete name, valid email address, residential mailing address (within the 50 United States or D.C., P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number including area code and date of birth on a 3”x5” postcard and place it in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to: Gatorade iD Summer Sweepstakes ENTRY, P.O. Box 536966, Orlando, FL 32853-6966. Each individual 3”x5” postcard containing the foregoing information will constitute three (3) entries into the Sweepstakes (“Non-Purchase Entries”). All Non-Purchase Entries must be postmarked and received no later than the corresponding Postmark Date and Received By Date listed in Section 5 below to be eligible for the corresponding First Prize and Grand Prize drawing. Non-Purchase Entries must be mailed separately in hand-addressed, stamped/postmarked envelopes. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced Non-Purchase Entries will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Entities for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due Non-Purchase Entries or mail. Non-Purchase Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

Once an individual has completed all of the requirements set forth in Section 4.a. above, they will receive one (1) entry into the corresponding First Prize Drawing and one (1) entry into the corresponding Grand Prize Drawing as set forth in Section 5 below. Once an individual has completed all of the requirements set forth in Section 4.b. above, they will receive three (3) entries into the corresponding First Prize Drawing and three (3) entries into the corresponding Grand Prize Drawing as set forth in Section 5 below. For the purpose of these Official Rules, entries received by making a Sweepstakes-Eligible Purchase as well as Non-Purchase Entries shall be referred to herein each as an “entry” or collectively as “entries.” LIMIT OF THREE (3) ENTRIES, REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD, PER PERSON/ACCOUNT/EMAIL ADDRESS/PHONE NUMBER PER DAY THROUGHOUT SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. More than three (3) entries per day from any person/email address will be void. Entries that do not conform to all of the instructions, provide the required information in their registration form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be void and entrants who do not abide by these Official Rules may be disqualified.

5. PRIZES/DRAWINGS:

There will be four (4) consecutive First Prize drawings throughout the Sweepstakes Period (each a “First Prize Drawing”) as well as two (2) consecutive Grand Prize drawings (each a “Grand Prize Drawing”) as more particularly set forth in sections 5.a. and 5.b. below. Entry into each First Prize Drawing will start and end at the times set forth in section 5.a. below (each a “First Entry Period”). Entry into each Grand Prize Drawing will start and end at the times set forth in section 5.b. below (each a “Grand Prize Entry Period”). Potential winners for each First Prize Drawing as well as the Grand Prize Drawings will take place on corresponding dates set forth in sections 5.a. and 5.b. below (each a “Drawing Date”).

a. First Prizes: One-thousand eight-hundred (1,800) First Prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period across four (4) consecutive First Prize Drawings (each a “First Prize”). Four-hundred fifty potential winners will each be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received from the corresponding First Prize Entry Period as set forth in more detail below. Drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization. The odds of winning a First Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the corresponding First Prize Entry Period. Non-winning entries will roll into subsequent First Prize Entry Periods. Limit of one (1) First Prize per person/account/household throughout the Sweepstakes Period. First Prize Entry Periods, purchase and mail-in deadlines, Drawing Dates, First Prizes and their approximate retail values (“ARV”) are as follows:

Total ARV of all First Prizes awarded during the Sweepstakes: $63,000.

b. Grand Prizes: Twenty (20) Grand Prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period across two (2) consecutive Grand Prize Drawings (each a “Grand Prize”). Ten potential winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received for the corresponding Grand Prize Entry Period. Drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the corresponding Grand Prize Entry Period. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person/account/household throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Non-winning entries from Grand Prize Entry Period 1 will roll into Grand Prize Entry Period 2. Grand Prize Entry Periods, Drawing Dates, Grand Prizes and their ARVs are as follows:

Total ARV of all Grand Prizes awarded during the Sweepstakes: $2,250.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be selected in random drawings on each of the Drawing Dates, from among all eligible entries received during each First Prize Entry Period and each Grand Prize Entry Period as listed in Section 5. Potential winners will be notified by the phone number and/or email address listed on their entry and will receive instructions for providing a preferred apparel size. If winner does not submit their preferred apparel size within seventy-two (72) hours from the time such instructions were sent, or if the size selected becomes unavailable, they will automatically be sent a size determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes will be shipped to the winners within eight (8) to ten (10) weeks from the date of verification. If any potential winner is (i) disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules; (ii) declines to accept a prize; (iii) does not reply to notification as stated above, the prize may be forfeited. Upon verification of eligibility, prizes will be shipped to the winners at the physical addresses (P.O. Boxes are not permitted) provided with their Gatorade iD account that is used for participating in the Sweepstakes or otherwise provided upon entry into the Sweepstakes. Winners shall be solely responsible for payment of any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes for their prize won. Any difference between stated approximate value of prize and actual value of prize will not be awarded. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely each winner’s responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered e-mails, including without limitation, e-mails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes e-mail, including any winner notification e-mail, to a spam or junk folder. Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as undeliverable may not be awarded, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, in the case of unavailability of the prize or force majeure, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Neither Sponsor, nor the Sweepstakes Entities shall be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses in one of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. (P.O. Boxes are not permitted).

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that the Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers and each their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, designees, agents, its parents and affiliates (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, postage due or undeliverable postal mail, including in connection with the shipping of Prizes; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability/unavailability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/network accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to entrants or to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize; and (viii) entries that are late, undelivered, forged, lost, illegible, misplaced, misdirected, mutilated, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, for which postage is due or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules. Further, neither the Released Parties nor Sweepstakes Entities are responsible for any unanswered or undeliverable winner notifications.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including entry requirements; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (iv) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs; (v) to waive all of their rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties and Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes; and (vi) to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstakes-related activity or element thereof, and the entrant’s entries, participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes; (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of a prize (or any component thereof); (d) any change in the prizing (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (g) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof); or (h) the negligence or willful misconduct by entrant.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or proceed with the Sweepstakes in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, may elect to randomly award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation. In no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they appear online from time to time during the Sweepstakes for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES INCLUDING THE PRIZES, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. BY ENTERING INTO THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU CONSENT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS LOCATED IN ILLINOIS FOR ANY ACTION OR DISPUTE ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION THESE OFFICIAL RULES. YOU AGREE THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR THESE OFFICIAL, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY ON YOUR OWN BEHALF, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING OR MASS ACTION. YOU FURTHER AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. DO NOT ENTER INTO THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE FOREGOING PROVISIONS.

9. PRIVACY: Please see Sponsor’s privacy policy located at: https://contact.pepsico.com/gatorade/privacy-policy for details of Sponsor’s policy regarding the use of personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes. If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly-available winner’s list.

10. PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to allow the Sponsor and Sponsor’s designee the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use their name, address (city and state), biographical information, likeness, picture and other information and content provided in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes in all media worldwide including, but not limited to, on television and the Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. GENERAL: Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found or suspected, in their sole and absolute discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this Sweepstakes. Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstakes other than as set forth in these Official Rules is void. If it is discovered that a person has registered or attempted to register more than once using multiple phone numbers, e-mail addresses, residential addresses, multiple identities, IP addresses, use of proxy servers, or like methods, all of that person’s entries will be declared null and void and that person will not be awarded any prize that he/she/they such person might have been entitled to receive. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like methods to participate in the Sweepstakes will void any attempted participation affected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. Entrants and/or potential winners may be required to provide proof of identification and eligibility as required by Sponsor or Administrator In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted on the registration form associated with such entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Each entrant may be required to show proof of being an Authorized Account Holder. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the prize documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. No entrant shall have the right to modify or amend these Official Rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

12. WINNER LIST: For a list of winners, interested individuals should mail a self-addressed stamped business envelope to: Gatorade iD Summer Sweepstakes Winners’ List, P.O. Box 536986, Orlando, FL 32853-6986. Winners list requests must be received no later than September 19, 2024.
